Time Out Theatre Presents The Magic Chicken by Theatre Beating.
The Magic Chicken is a gastroCOMIQUE delight! Set in a little bistro, chaos ensues when Evil Eric tries to steal Ethel the magic golden-egg laying chicken from two unsuspecting and hapless chefs. Watch out for flying kitchen tools, airborne food, chefs falling over and slow-mo chase scenes!
Accompanied by live music, The Magic Chicken will be a riot for kids, especially 7-12 year olds, and adults alike.
Performed by Trygve Wakenshaw, Barnie Duncan and directed by Geoff Pinfield. Auckland’s award-winning Theatre Beating are regulars on the New Zealand festival circuit and they have performed internationally throughout Europe and in Australia.
