New Zealand’s premier trade event, HospitalityNZ, has secured a show stopping headline attendee for this years Show, Claire Clark - pastry extraordinaire from the revered restaurant, The French Laundry.

Clark has been named “Best Pastry Chef” in 2005 by Restaurant Magazine and is the only female recipient of the highest award to be given on the grounds of professional excellence; the ‘Meilleur Ouvrier de la Grande Bretagne’ so it is easy to see why Clark’s Telecom Masterclass sessions will fill quickly.
