10km - One out and back lap from Milford to Mairangi Bay. Start Milford Reserve, along Craig Road, right Omana Road, right Inga Road, onto Beach Road. right Sidmouth Road to turn-a-round and return exact same way to Milford Reserve.
This is a hilly course and will be a good test of your running strength and has some amazing views of the outer Auckland Harbour as you crest the top of each bay. 5km - One out and back lap from Milford to 2.5km turn-a-round (there will be marshalls here directing you to turn and it will be well marked). |
