10km - 2 laps of a 5km loop around Western Springs, Auckland Zoo and MOTAT. Start at Stadium Road, left Great North Road, left Surrey Crescent, left Old Mill Road, left Motions Road, left Great North Road, left Stadium Road to turn-a-round.
This course has one steady hill followed by a long down hill before a long stretch of flat on each lap. There are some great views of the Auckland Harbour along Old Mill Road and some great bush settings in the area. 5km - 1 lap of the above mention course. |
