Clive Community Group Welcomes Residents to Meeting

All Clive residents are invited to the Clive Community Group meeting to hear feedback from the group on developments in Clive and issues affecting the community.
The meeting is on Monday, 27 April, at 7pm in the St Francis Church, Ferry Road, Clive.
Group chairman Tony Loversuch will update attendees on projects the group is involved in, such as th e BMX track, drive-in-movies, swimming pool use, the Clive Soldiers Memorial and median plantings.
Hastings District Council will be updating attendees on three projects of interest to the community, including the proposal to close the Blackbridge Transfer Station, the completion of the East Clive Waste Water Treatment Plant and the entry statements project.
Both council officers and a selection of councillors will be on-hand to make presentations and answer questions.
Mr Loversuch says the Clive Community Group, hosting the meeting, aims to provide regular forums for community happenings and issues to be discussed.
