The clichés of testimonials, no doubt you've heard it before but you can't put a price tag on genuine, positive customer feedback. The following are journeys from two customers into buying fencing from Bulldog, which are not just testimonials but journeys! All too often companies are focused on the end result, the final product or outcome and quickly forget that the journey is just as important as the destination. A former manager, now retired, wrote to Bulldog and had this to say.

"Recently I had the occasion to purchase some pool gates and fencing from your company. After viewing your website, I decided to call and explain my requirements. I initially dealt with Charmaine who took and processed my order. I found her to be very helpful and professional in every way, her knowledge made it very easy. Your brochure and price list was well set out and easy to follow.

“Next I met Mark and he went the extra mile in explaining things to me and arranged with other members of the staff to load my trailer. As a former manager now retired, I have to say I am most impressed with your company and staff, the service I thought was impeccable and I came away feeling good. In view of this I will sing your praises to people I know. I hope the future holds well for your business as I'm sure it will."  Graeme Collings, Auckland.

And Gerard had this to say.“Security was the main consideration for Hamilton Girls High School Principal, Marie Gordon, when she took over the school early last year. The Hamilton central city girls High School only had an old chain-link fence around the perimeter of the school, which had long seen its best days and this old fence simply wasn’t giving the school the security needed to keep vandals and undesirables at bay.

“When the school put out the tender for a new perimeter fence, Jardon Wilson (Senior Estimator for Mr Fencer’s Hamilton franchisee; Matt Robb Fencing Ltd) knew that he could deliver a quality installation which the school would be proud of, and that’s exactly what Jardon set out to achieve.

“Working with the school was paramount to get a feel for what they needed for this project so Jardon liaised with the Principal to work on a design for the fence that would be ultra-strong and look aesthetically pleasing at the same time. The finished design being what was nicknamed “Chief Custom” as the styling is similar to the Bulldog Chief panel. However, built with bigger steel profiles, and to finish off is the Fleur De Lis finials so as to keep a heritage look for the school.

“I would like to say a big thank you to Matt Robb and Jardon Wilson for their vision and working with the Bulldog team to complete this project.”
