These changes are having an effect on the Recruitment Industry as many clients now rely on social networks they have established as well as those of their employees to recruit talent.
While this change will not slow down, it is timely for Recruiters both look at threats and opportunities. This session will look at
• How Social Networks are changing the recruitment process
• Opportunities for Recruiters to leverage technology and expand their service offerings
• How the changing nature of work can create opportunities
• How to work with both candidates and clients using new technologies

In a world characterised by volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity, there are ways  to navigate the new reality showing the way to a happier, healthier future for businesses.
The future is not about technology, it’s about humanity.

Jonathan Pain believes that the most significant and defining economic phenomenon of our lifetime is the rise of the Asian middle classes, and that they will be a major force in shaping and defining our economic destiny here in Australia and the wider world.
He will urge his audience to re-consider the prism through which they view the world and suggests that much of the media has an obsessive focus on the negative and rarely highlights the many positives.
Jonathan believes that after five years of economic healing, the global economy is set for stronger growth in 2014, and beyond. The great majority of the world’s population of seven billion people can look forward to better times ahead and, in fact, the next decade is likely to see the strongest global economic growth in more than 30 years.
What a Wonderful World is a story about where the world is heading in the years to come, and the key factors that will shape and define the journey ahead.
