Intagr8 is dedicated to providing ‘state of the art’ office equipment and services that provide quality and value for money to their clients. Having established successful partnerships with their customers, staff, dealers and suppliers, they are now looking further afield to see how they can make a difference in the community and one of the charities they have chosen is the Pink Ribbon campaign against breast cancer.

Seven women a day are diagnosed with breast cancer in New Zealand, and this year the money raised from the Counties Manukau Breakfast will be used to fund vital research projects and medical grants to help improve the survivorship of breast cancer sufferers in New Zealand.  Lorraine Downes, NZBCF ambassador and former Miss Universe, is the face of this year’s Pink Ribbon Breakfast campaign, featuring in the radio and TV ads. Lorraine’s mother, Glad, was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2012 and underwent successful treatment for the disease.

“Research is vital for better treatments to improve survival of this very complex cancer, and ultimately for prevention,” Lorraine says. “The Foundation is funding several world-class projects right here in New Zealand – Pink Ribbon Breakfast is a great way to raise money for the cause.” Lorraine is not only asking Kiwis to host a breakfast, she’ll be getting involved as a host herself. May 2013 was busting at the seams with over 1,800 breakfasts being hosted across the country and 2014 is gearing up to be better than ever, and to this end, Intagra8 donated $200 to the Counties Manukau Breakfast as well as several prizes, including a 50’’ flat-screen TV.

Another organisation supported by Intagr8 is Starship, the only national dedicated children's hospital. Stephen Mascarenhas, General Manager of Intagr8 was presented with an award in recognition of their contribution, as Intagr8 were one of the primary sponsors in a drive for the Starship air ambulance which sends medical experts to sick or injured children throughout New Zealand. Annually Starship raises $1.5 million to enable them to continue this service.

Finally, earlier this year Campbell’s Bay School held a "Cool Rides To School" Fundraiser in partnership with The Lions Club. Various cars, trucks, buses and a helicopter were auctioned with the winners and their friends getting cool rides to school! Intagr8 won The Lincoln Limousine auction donating $500 and total funds raised came to $4,700, a very successful and fun event which Intagr8 enjoyed taking part in.
By establishing a strong position in the small to medium sized business market, Intagr8 consistently leads the industry with priding themselves on delivering exceptional customer service.
