Café Express own the technical process and have technicians in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin and they have three technical coordinators to take customers’ calls. They employ 14 professional technicians and their technical service operates 24/7 and will fix any coffee machine promptly and efficiently. They also employ full time staff who manage and deliver their unique milk service, which they are proud to say they own.
