Café Express also provide a Valet Service employing eight full time Valets nationally who will keep your coffee machine in sparkling hygienic working order, freeing staff from the responsibility of cleaning tasks. This is more than an external wipe down of your machine as the Café Express Valets carry out a detailed coffee machine clean. Their valets relieve customers of the hassle of cleaning the coffee machine, ensuring the coffee machine is clean and operating effectively at all times. The Café Express team recommend that having a machine valeted guarantees great tasting coffee all day, every day and they also provide preventative maintenance and technical support.

Café Express own the technical process and have technicians in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin and they have three technical coordinators to take customers’ calls. They employ 14 professional technicians and their technical service operates 24/7 and will fix any coffee machine promptly and efficiently. They also employ full time staff who manage and deliver their unique milk service, which they are proud to say they own. Café Express NZ manages stock levels to assist with ordering and every kitchen and every fridge is loaded with fresh milk. Stock is rotated upon delivery to ensure all milk is used to reduce waste. Café Express deliver milk at convenient times and the milk is delivered to your kitchen, not left at the front door or loading dock.
