With the advent of February, it is safe to assume that most of us are back at work, after a refreshing and carefree summer holiday, and we are no doubt back to our old bad habits of sitting at a desk for far too many hours in the day. Hopefully, during the holidays we were running around, swimming  and generally getting lots of exercise, and it is often difficult to remember to continue with our fitness programme when we are ‘hard at it’ back at work.
