Koorb is super proud to announce their recent win in the Microsoft NZ Partner Award for Innovation Technology for Good Citizenship 2015. They are proud to be the partner of choice for Plunket, and their ability to help Plunket realise their vision of an online patient health record has seen a transformation of their processes.

Together with Market Metro (who won the Microsoft Windows App Developer 2015 Award for the same project) Koorb produced a solution based on Dynamics CRM Online which is generating significant efficiencies and benefits to the Society, their 700 nurses and the children and families they support.

Now in its eighth year, Microsoft's annual Partner Awards exist to recognise excellence in the IT sector from those companies that integrate Microsoft solutions into their products and services to accelerate innovation and go above and beyond customer expectations. In congratulating all finalists and winners, Brent Kendrick, Microsoft New Zealand's SMB and Partner Director, noted the impressive range of entries for the 2015 Awards, which saw a significant increase in the number of partners who had never competed before.

"The quality of entries this year has been truly outstanding, and shows the extent to which partners have been joining Microsoft on our journey of transformation towards becoming the productivity and platform company for a mobile-first, cloud first world," Kendrick said. "It was clear from their submission that the solution Koorb is providing for Plunket is going to have long term positive benefits not only for the organisation itself, but for New Zealand as a whole. We were impressed by their commitment to future-proofing the solution, as well as the care and attention given to ensuring deployment and utilisation by the Plunket nurses was a smooth process that would bring enduring results."
