Men's hair expert Samantha Hampton joins the professional team at The Engine Room in Hamilton.

Bringing years of skill and knowledge to the role, Samantha Hampton has joined the fantastic hair dressing team at The Engine Room in Hamilton.

Samantha has been at the Hamilton-based The Engine Room for six weeks and is enjoying the friendly and professional atmosphere that The Engine Room team have created.  “It’s a really fun place to work,” says Samantha.

In her short six weeks at The Engine Room, Samantha has become the resident expert at men’s haircuts. “If you want to look your absolute best, you’ve got to find the right person to cut your hair and how to communicate with that person,” comments Samantha.

“Many men will pick a shop simply because it is convenient, but it’s important to pick the right type of place for your style,” adds Samantha.

“It’s also great to able to talk to different people every day. Interacting and communicating with people is a very big part of job. It’s always interesting to hear about what’s going on in my client’s lives,” says Samantha.

Samantha also enjoys doing hair cut, colours and hair ups. “I love seeing the makeover when people have dramatic transformations,” comments Samantha.
