Incredibly organised – urgency is critical to our customers and you’ll be at the pointy end of it. Understanding our customers and their priorities and managing resources and systems to have our people where they need to be, when they need to be there, takes someone with true planning and coordination skills. You won’t be scared of deadlines or pressure and have the ability to ensure we deliver on our service promise every time.
Number savvy – you’ll have experience with accounting systems and invoicing, able to manage internal and external billing and purchasing queries at all levels. This role is the central link between Finance and Operations. You’ll be managing and developing reporting and metrics to understand our service delivery performance and be comfortable turning this into useful information for management.  
A relationship expert – this is a critical role. Dealing with our customers, our people and key suppliers, often in challenging circumstances. You’ll need to quickly build trust and credibility and have the ability to deal with all kinds of people at all levels.
True to the customer – you’ll be advocating for our customers and really, truly believe in doing what is right for the customer and how we support that. Even when you don’t agree with them. You’ll also be able to translate that into delivering change to improve things with others – even when they don’t agree with you.”
