CEE Industrial Plugs and Sockets have Ingress Protection, or IP ratings of IP44 and IP67. 

“The IP rating specifies the protection rating of the enclosure around electronic equipment,” explains Mr Waite. 

The IP number is composed of two numbers, the first referring to the protection against solid objects and the second against liquids. The higher the number, the better the protection.  The high IP rating of CEE products make it suitable for industrial power supplies and generators up to 125A.
