They have listened to their customers, or community, as they prefer to call them, and have come up with a much better experience when renting items, improving the service with some important and exciting changes to the Designer Wardrobe website.

 

It is important to note that Rentals will now be ‘requested’ rather than automatically confirmed, which will help avoid any disappointment as the item’s Owner now has 24 hours to let people know that they will be able to provide this item. Also, Renters will not be charged until their Rental has been confirmed.

 

Similarly, it is important to note that dry cleaning is the responsibility of the item’s owner and will be included in the total cost of the Rental Fee. A highly requested service is their insurance and return bags service, which is now optional. Renters can choose to add insurance and/or a Return Bag.

 

Designer Wardrobe’s improvements include a new interactive calendar, and Rentals can be booked on the iPhone and Android App.
