Garage Explosion - Upper Hutt that occured 12:45pm 22nd Aug 09.
"The 20 year old male is still in a critical condition in Middlemore Hospital but is described as stable.
The 18 year old female and a young baby who were present in the garage were discharged from Hutt Hospital yesterday evening"
