Upper Hutt Police locate Jolene Foster safe and well

Upper Hutt Police have located 21 year-old Jolene Rose Foster, who was missing for over a week.

Acting Upper Hutt Area Commander Senior Sergeant Belinda Dewar says Ms Foster has returned to Upper Hutt and Police have spoken to her over the weekend to confirm she is safe and well.

Police became concerned for Ms Foster's wellbeing after her family had not heard from her and her bank accounts remained untouched for several days.
