To make a payment to the Napier City Council you must access your bill payment details through your own banking system.

Please sign and enclose the whole dog registration form and the full payment due in an envelope and post to:

Come to the Council Civic Building, Hastings Street between 8.00am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday. Please remember:
Bring your Dog Registration Form with you.
You can pay using: Cash - Cheque - Eftpos
You may have to wait in a queue if you leave paying your dog registration until the last minute.
Deferred Payment
Part payments are accepted for dog registration but must be paid in full by 31 July 2012 to avoid late fees. Contact Animal Control to discuss this and set up.
