CATERING CONTRACT

Napier War Memorial Conference Centre/ Municipal Theatre

Tenders are invited for professional services to supply all food and beverage services at the Napier War Memorial Conference Centre and the Napier Municipal Theatre for the period 1 January 2013 to 31 December 2015.

Documents for the above contract are available from the Works Asset Department, Napier City Council, First Floor, Napier City Council, 231 Hastings Street, Napier.

Tenders should be enclosed in a sealed envelope stating the contract name and number and placed in the tender box at the Works Asset Office, Napier City Council 1st Floor, 231 Hastings Street, NAPIER no later than 12 noon Wednesday 26 September 2012.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
