“The twelve weeks challenge has been awesome! In fact, all the classes (stroller and boxing) have been. I distinctly remember my first class with Simone, way back in July? I had a very half-hearted approach. I knew what I HAD to do, I knew WHAT to do. What I didn’t have was the belief that I could do it. The 20kg I had put on after giving birth seemed an insurmountable hurdle. Signing up for the classes has been the best thing I could have done. It got me out of the house and among likeminded people – other mums out to get fit.
Best of all, I didn’t have to worry about childcare. I could bring the monkey with me and she has a great time playing in the park while Simone puts us through our paces. Not to forget the times my daughter has come and sat on top of me when planking! Twelve weeks later, here I am 16kg lighter. I have surpassed the target I set for myself and met other personal milestones that I had. I can barely believe that I’ve done it – and had fund while doing it. The support YummyMummy Fitness have provided during the 12 week challenge has been incredible. I ‘ve had such a good time with the YummyMummy classes that I have signed up for classes for the remainder of the year AND signed up for the next challenge!”
