As to why the need to change the current business model, Robert added: "The increase in online competition during a tougher economic climate comes as no surprise. For online retailers, internet marketing is one of the most rewarding types of advertising. As for us, this was an opportunity and we really felt it was time to focus on what we do best and provide the best service we can to our new and existing clients."
