Hamilton-based Argent Motor Lodge is excited to announce its 4 star plus Qualmark rating.
Qualmark is New Zealand tourism’s official mark of quality. Qualmark works with a core set of criteria specifically designed to deliver an equitable and consistent result and is internationally recognised and trusted. “Qualmark is a true independent evaluation,” says Clare Gallagher, co-owner of Argent Motor Lodge in Hamilton.
“Argent underwent a rigorous assessment and licensing process to become part of the Qualmark licensing system and to achieve this rating is something we are very proud of,” says Clare, who is pictured with husband Richard.
Argent Motor Lodge offers luxurious accommodation and some of the comments that were noted in Qualmark’s report included: “There is excellent presentation of the property. The buildings and grounds are well maintained and give a very good first impression when entering the site.”
“Evidence of comprehensive cleaning schedules was sighted. It was great to see that the cleaning schedules were up to date and being used.”
Qualmark also commended Argent Motor Lodge on its excellent use of Social Media as part of its marketing. “It is great that you are using social media sites. Facebook and Twitter sites are popular and many businesses have these attached to their website.”
Argent Motor Lodge utilises the services of Hamilton-based MediaPA for its social media marketing.
The report also stated that making bookings at Argent Motor Lodge was made easy.  “Real time availability online allows for convenient bookings and the process also outlines your policies terms and conditions clearly.”
