Yummymummy Fitness For Mums In Christchurch

Christchurch ladies are now lucky enough to be able to avail themselves of the child friendly and fabulous group fitness classes for mums with babies and toddlers, and many mums have been completing the YummyMummy Fitness online based programme for the last few months. They are now also able to add the benefits of face to face trainer interaction by including group classes to the Big Shape Up.

The Big Shape Up is a 12 week fitness and weight loss programme to help mums get to their goals and beyond. The programme is online based and can be done anywhere in the world. All anyone need is access to internet, an exercise mat, exercise clothes/shoes and a good positive attitude! Mums can then set their own goals, including weight loss and body shape and/or fitness and strength related goals which the YummyMummy Fitness team will help them to achieve.

YummyMummy Fitness provides training programmes that will suit their mums’ lifestyle, time and fitness levels and mums can choose to do all of their exercise at home/outside or at the gym if they have a membership (this is not required!). They also decide how many days they want to exercise each week – workouts are generally 30mins long (longer for cardio if someone is training for specific events or distances only.)

At YummyMummy Fitness they teach mums all about healthy nutrition and also hold Bootcamp or Boxing Bootcamp classes, which are great for mums with younger children, where they meet up for special challenges and adventures and are part of an inspiring and motivating group of mums on their journey to better health and fitness.

This programme is ideal for mums who would like to lose up to 7kg and haven’t exercised in a long time (or ever) or if they have had a baby in the past six months.
