“We provide a supply chain solution to clients who require cardboard tubes and cores in small to medium run solutions” says Robert Greenbury, co-owner of Raven Rolls.

“We can do full colour digital up to 25% ink coverage on small runs and up to three spot colours for larger runs on a flexographic press. The paper is printed previously and wrapped onto the spiral wound tube as it is made, which is cost effective and efficient,” says Robert.

Raven Rolls is also friendly to the environment. “Our Core board is made from 100% recycled board, currently and with our new supplier. But the paper wrap on the outside, can have up to 30% virgin paper in it. So on our smallest tube, that’s 98% minimum,” says Robert.

Robert Greenbury has 11 years’ experience in the Label Industry with his own company and now five years with Raven Rolls. Robert has extensive technical knowledge of label printing and cardboard core manufacture.

Vicki Greenbury has many years expertise in the corporate world working in finance and business software sector. “She has extensive people and system management skills,” says Robert.

Brett Roiall also has many years’ experience in Call Centre and customer service management both in New Zealand and overseas. “Brett is our production co-ordinator and does an extraordinary job of making sure people get the product they want and when they want it,” says Robert.
