The traditional methods to stop bleeding are mainly applying pressure whereas SureStop Xtra is designed to stop minor to severe venous hemorrhage without the need of direct compression to the wound.
Approved for severe traumatic bleeding, Surestop Xtra is a sterile soluble hemostatic dressing made of regenerated cellulose. SureStop Xtra is a CE and FDA approved fully implantable hemostatic device.
