Over the past year award winning Hamilton accommodation provider, Argent Motor Lodge, have donated highly sought after Chiefs rugby tickets to deserving families of the True Colours Children’s Health Trust.
Argent Motor Lodge is the perfect accommodation choice for those on corporate business, with hospital appointments, visiting friends and family at Waikato or Braemar Hospitals or simply on a leisure break.
“Because we are so close to Waikato Hospital, many True Colours Families come and stay with us. We’ve been pleased to be able to give something to families who really deserve something nice,” says Clare Gallagher, who is the co-owner of Argent Motor Lodge in partnership with her husband, Richard.
True Colours Children’s Health Trust is a Waikato-based child health care organisation, funded entirely by community generosity. It exists for the sole purpose of supporting seriously ill children, young people and their families by providing nursing and counselling care.
“Giving away Chiefs Rugby tickets for every home game is something that we love doing here at Argent. Because through True Colours Children's Health Trust we meet some amazing people,” says Clare
“It’s pretty cool when the families come to pick up their tickets. The children are so excited and there is nothing better than seeing a child smile” says Clare
Argent Motor Lodge is conveniently located close to Hamilton’s city centre, Central Business District, café and restaurant precinct and is only minutes away from both Hamilton’s Waikato and Braemar Hospitals.
