ELIVE.CO.NZ's Customers Love Their New Website

Elive.co.nz recently launched their new website with the main focus of their re-design being to build a responsive website allowing an optimised version of the site to display when browsing from a desktop, tablet or mobile device. Nick from Elive, who also led the project, said, "With the growth of web traffic from mobile and touch devices it became a priority to develop a mobile friendly website. This has been a massive undertaking. The complexities of producing a site which could seamlessly optimise its layout based on the user’s device were matched by the share scale of our online store which lists over 20,000 products. We started working on this project in 2014 and are extremely happy with the final result and hope our customers will feel the same way."

As well as a new responsive web design the team at Elive.co.nz used this time to execute a range of new features and a new website navigation system. "The site’s navigation has been totally overhauled. While our loyal customers will have to adapt to the new drop down navigation menu, we believe it is far more intuitive and users browsing our site will love it."

Nick has advised that this initial launch is just the first stage. "We will be rolling out new features and functionality over the coming months. In particular, we will be launching a new version of the site, optimised for users with larger tablet devices. Our aim is to offer users one of the best online shopping experiences in New Zealand."
