It’s that time of the year when we like to thank people, and be thanked, for great products and great services, and to this end it is interesting to read the testimonials page on the Palace website at http://www.getpalace.com, where their customers have passed on their experiences of the service they have received, usually an accurate pointer to the success, or otherwise of a business.

The response from the Palace helpdesk team for every query can be rated by the user who raised it and this gives the team at Palace data that they can use to better understand the health of their community, and they can then use that data to set goals for improvement. The stats displayed on the webpage are live and change automatically as ratings are received.

A key performance indicator (KPI) is a business metric used to evaluate factors that are crucial to the success of an organization and the following testimonies prove that Palace are on the right track dealing with enquiries. KPIs differ per organization and business KPIs may be net revenue or a customer loyalty metric, while government might consider unemployment rates.
