Rangi Ruru equestrienne Grace Tripe has been awarded three national titles at the recent Horse of the Year competition held over the last week at Hastings, further adding to the school’s recent achievements in the saddle.

Horse of the Year is the largest show in the Southern Hemisphere, and the fourth largest in the world with some of the Show Jumping classes having more than 100 riders competing.

The Director of Equestrian at Rangi Ruru, Pippa Young says the competition calls for a fantastic effort from all riders, horse and families, including for the ferry crossing, she says.
