Snowplanet’s main theme for March is their annual Membership Sale where people can enjoy great discounts on year and half-year passes by signing up in March.  A Snowplanet Membership offers unlimited access to the snow during their advertised opening hours and exclusive discounts on ski and snowboard programs.  This year they have some awesome Membership Benefits from their retail partners as well as in Snowplanet itself - http://snowplanet.co.nz/memberships/ .

Friday nights in February went “Full Throttle” and the mega park was a massive hit!  Snowplanet are really pleased with it and have decided to extend “Full Throttle” Fridays into March.  With 12 to 14 features in the dome, “Full Throttle” goes for 6 hours from 6pm every Friday, but it’s only on Fridays, so this March skiers should grab a pass for $33 or get a Combo (including skis/ snowboard and boots) for $44 and they have until  1st April to get into it! - http://snowplanet.co.nz/full-throttle-fridays/ .

For those who can’t get to Snowplanet’s 6 o’clock session in time on Fridays, don’t worry as they are keeping their super cheap Night Rider still for only $19 Combo pass throughout March.  They’re even throwing in the skis, snowboard and boots, so there’s absolutely no excuse to not get into it.  $19 Night Rider Combo is now available till the end of March, but only on Fridays so skiers should grab some mates and hit the “Full Throttle” park from 9pm till midnight - http://snowplanet.co.nz/nightrider/ .

All Snowplanet’s other nights are going strong and like last year they have decided to extend their “Hot Summer Nights” due to the sheer popularity of this offer.  Clearly no-one wants the summer to end.  At $29 for a 4hr pass including equipment hire this is still THE hottest deal over summer.  This now runs to 14th April - http://snowplanet.co.nz/hot-summer-nights-2/ .

With the school term well under way Easter is just round the corner and then it’s the first set of school holidays for 2016.  Last year was Snowplanet’s best yet so they are encouraging families to book early this year.  Programs run from 18th to 22nd April and from 25th to 29th April. Each week has a morning session (9:30-11:30) and an afternoon session ( 1:00 to 3:00).  Attendees are required to pick a week and pick a session - http://snowplanet.co.nz/programs-lessons/school-holiday-program/ .

Snowplanet’s Term 1 After School programs are heavily subscribed to so they are also taking early enrolments for theirTerm 2 After School Program – ChillyBin – which runs from 2nd May to 8th Jul - http://snowplanet.co.nz/programs-lessons/school-program/ .

For the same reason Snowplanet are also taking early enrolments for their Term 2 365 Race Programs - http://snowplanet.co.nz/programs-lessons/athlete-training/ski-racing-2/ , 365 Freeski Programs - http://snowplanet.co.nz/programs-lessons/athlete-training/freeski-2/  and 365 Freestyle Programs - http://snowplanet.co.nz/freestyle-snowboard/ ; all of which run from 2nd May to 6th Jul

Sunday is a great day to get to Snowplanet and share some family time cruising down the slope together.  They have removed the terrain park to give people room to turn, kept some jumps and terraces in to make it fun, but nothing is too tricky so it’s ideal to get some practice in before they put the terrain park back in on Tuesday

Skiers can grab a bite to eat while they’re at Snowplanet in the 7 Summits Restaurant & Bar, an ideal alpine retreat to warm up and re-energise  after their time on the snow. They have some great specials, so people should keep an eye on the website as they change often! - http://snowplanet.co.nz/months-specials/ .
