Savoury items on the menu include House baked Rye with Charhelejo, Pumpkin Blinis with cold smoked salmon and caviar, Crostini with Faux foie gras and a number of other tasty treats.
For those with a sweet tooth you will be spoilt for choice with Elderflower and Blueberry Mousse, White Chocolate Macaroons with Raspberry capsicum filling, Cinnamon Doughnuts with Nutmeg and Valrohna Chocolate dip and Tahitian vanilla Mille feuille.
“And of course no high tea will be complete without scones with jam and clotted cream,” comments Lyndsey. A variety of teas and espresso coffee’s will also be on offer.
