Alpha Motor Inn Receives Booking.com Award

Palmerston North’s Alpha Motor Inn has received the 2015 Guest Review Award, coupled with a glowing report, from Booking.com, the world’s most popular reservations website.
“We’re thrilled to see that your guests have acknowledged your hard work by giving you a review score worthy of a Guest Review Award,” said Darren Huston, CEO of Booking.com in a letter to Alpha Motor Inn, informing them of their award.
Brenda Malan, who manages Alpha Motor Inn with her husband Farnie, says she is pleased to receive this acknowledgement from Booking.com.
“We are proud of the fact that we qualified to receive this award,” says Brenda. “We certainly try to keep our standard up.”
The letter from Booking.com continues: “We know that welcoming visitors day after day isn’t always easy, but this is proof that you really know how to make each guests feel special.”
Brenda agrees. “We work very hard,” she says. “Believe me, we work hard.”
Brenda says she and Farnie are always working towards their goal of making their guests comfortable and giving them a great night’s sleep.
“Right now we’re in the process of making curtains,” says Brenda. “One of our guests brought to our attention that the street lights out the back were keeping them awake so I’m in the process of making 20 sets of curtains!”
Booking.com is a trusted site internationally and is well known for ensuring guest reviews are legitimate and fair – so receipt of the Guest Review Award is a well-earned tribute and another nod to Alpha Motor Inn’s mantra…
