Konstruct was started in Dunedin in 2006 by three mates who wanted to offer top quality garments to customers and the best customer service experience possible. They quickly expanded and their thriving apparel and promotional products business soon became so successful they had to move to join the highly competitive Auckland market. The move was prompted by a steady increase in Auckland-based clients, and lower transport costs which have served to make Konstruct’s products more competitive.

Konstruct has a dedicated Auckland production facility which consists of 80 square metres of office space and 500 square metres of dedicated factory floor, and have an extensive track record of high quality production and delivery of products on time. Having recently celebrated their 10th birthday, Konstruct note they are having their busiest year to date, so to keep up with demand they are currently looking to employ another full time screen printer with an ad presently running on Trade Me http://www.trademe.co.nz/jobs/manufacturing-operations/machine-operation/listing-1067029081.htm .

The successful applicant must have high energy as this is a very 'hands-on' role and should be motivated to work hard to meet deadlines. They will be required to have initiative and be able to work unsupervised, and come with a positive go-getting attitude. They should also have an eye for detail, be physically fit, be a good team member and be available to work overtime as needed.

Konstruct has a strong culture of teamwork and positivity, and they are looking for a like-minded person to join the team. At Konstruct they live, breathe and eat positivity and make work fun, and are always striving for improvement. They believe that branded garments embody an experience or event and that's why, for instance, a t-shirt from an event is so much more than just a shirt and some ink - it's often the only memory someone takes away. Whether people like it or not, their clothes express them, and the Konstruct team love nothing better than helping create this identity so their customers can be who they want to be. They also give over the top service!
