The report found that of the 50,000 houses they looked at yellow kitchens came out on top, selling for the highest amount. This also included kitchens with cream and wheat yellow hues.

Houses with white kitchens sold on average for $2000 less than the homes with yellow kitchens. On the other end of the spectrum it was also found that people generally avoid kitchens with dark colours.
