Book Now For Summer Weddings At Plume Vineyard Restaurant

Winter may not be the time when ‘summer brides’ are thinking about booking their wedding, but in fact this is exactly when they should be making their bookings, as Plume Vineyard Restaurant in Matakana is already taking bookings for their December to March summer wedding  season.

To this end, it may be interesting, and very useful, for potential wedding parties to be informed on the facilities at Plume Vineyard Restaurant. This also applies to any other special events as you don’t want to miss out by not making that booking early enough. Plume’s Standard Opening Hours are:

Lunch: Wednesday – Friday 12pm – 3pm, Saturday – Sunday 11 – 3

Dinner: Friday – Saturday 6pm onwards

Wine Tasting: Wednesday – Friday 11am – 4pm, Saturday – Sunday 10am – 4pm

And their Holiday Opening Hours are:

From 27th December to 31st January

Lunch: open daily 11am to 3pm

Dinners: Wednesday to Saturday 6 pm to late.

Wine Tasting: open daily from 10am to 5pm

Plume Vineyard Restaurant has several special spaces for their guests, including the main restaurant area which opens on to the outside covered patio, and the Rengarenga room which seats up to 80 people. It has its own private entrance, courtyard and gardens and is also popular in summer during both the day and night, for functions and exclusive parties. Added to these is ‘The Nest’ which is a very cosy covered area.

They also have a Wine Library and a Cellar Door for wine tasting of their famed Runner Duck wines, and the whole venue can be hired and can accommodate up to 130 people seated, or 180 cocktail style.

The restaurant can seat up to 50 people indoors and another 40 people outdoors in their covered patio area and overlooks beautiful landscaped gardens, and the vineyard block as well as the spectacular hills and dales of the tranquil Glen Eden River valleys.
