Using two of Auckland’s leading independent valuation companies, namely Gemlab and Jewellery Valuers Company, Carats are happy to arrange valuations, even on jewellery not produced by them, to ensure that their clients’ jewellery collections are covered in the event of any losses. In the case of lost, stolen or damaged jewellery Carats will work closely with their client and their insurance company to ensure that their jewellery is replaced. This service includes designing new and bespoke jewellery, or selecting one of the many pieces in their collections.
