A revamped website for appliance solutions company Rinnai not only allows consumers to check out its products, but also offers a dedicated Architect Portal for professionals to evaluate solutions to fit the design requirements of their projects, a real bonus for busy designers and architects, who can now use the Rinnai app.

Rinnai, experts in gas heaters, fireplaces and water heating recently unveiled an intensive redesign and upgrade of its consumer website at www.rinnai.co.nz and the Architect Portal can be viewed at http://rinnai.co.nz/Architects.

“We’ve created a graphic space to showcase our products so site visitors can quickly understand what is best for their needs. The aim is to offer a greater degree of support when it comes to making a purchasing decision,” says Rinnai marketing manager Kathryn Geck.

On the new website, the extensive range of water heaters, gas fireplaces, heaters and outdoor heating options are broken down into categories, allowing for rapid navigation to the right solution. The Architect Portal includes an extensive library of CAD/BIM diagrams, equipping professionals with all the information necessary to accurately specify solutions for their projects.

“Architects have been telling us they need simple access to CAD drawings and plans to incorporate our products into homes,” says Geck. “We’re adding to the library constantly, so there will be gas, hot water and central heating CAD drawings added next year.”

As everyone now has an iPhone/iPad or Android phone, they can simply follow the instructions by downloading the Rinnai app, to see what a Rinnai gas fireplace looks like in the home, something no other appliance business offers.
