Just Water Acquire Dolphin Water Coolers

Just Water New Zealand recently announced that they had acquired the business of Dolphin Water Coolers.

Dolphin Water Coolers has been operating for 30 years, founded by the vendor, Peter Mooney, and has built a reputation for supplying top quality product and services at competitive prices. Peter will remain as an advisor to the Company.

Chief Executive of Just Water, Tony Falkenstein, says, “We have known Peter since he started in business, and although we were competitors, we had great respect for each other.”

Peter Mooney endorsed this. “When I was looking to retire, I only approached one company as a possible buyer, Just Water, as I had always had fair and honest dealings with them over the life of my Company – I know that Just Water will look after my customers the same way as I have over the last 30 years.”

Just Water International Ltd is listed on the NZAX, and has a market capitalisation of about $40 million.
