Back to School With Backdoor Surf Shop

Putting the words, ‘back to school’ and ‘surf shop’ together may sound somewhat of an oxymoron, but Backdoor Surf Shop is very popular with kids, and if they have to get back to school gear, this is the place they should go. Back Door is now stocking Jansport backpacks and have you covered with Vans and Converse black leather shoes, and Havaianas back-strap jandals.

Also at this time of the year Backdoor deal with a few returns, some of them from Gift Cards received over Christmas, others from regular online orders. Here are instructions regarding returns. Firstly, get back to Backdoor within 30 days for a full refund. Please have a physical or digital copy of your order confirmation available for the manager. Refunds or exchanges can be processed on the spot, however payments made using Laybuy will need to be processed through their Online Store during week days only. 

You can return your order by Post or download your online returns request form and return with your item. Note: if you have been sent the wrong item in error Backdoor will arrange free return freight.

Returns will be processed within two working days of receiving them. 
Returned items MUST be in original, unworn, unwashed condition with tags and packaging (where applicable) still intact. This includes shoe/watch boxes and swimwear hygiene seals. 
You have 30 days from purchase date to return your online order (includes sale items).  
All sunglasses, surfboards, skateboards, and hardware accessory purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Backdoor may refuse to refund or exchange if items do not meet the returns criteria mentioned above.
Your refund will be processed as a reversal of your original payment, depending on which method you used for your order. 

Credit Card: Refund will be processed back onto your card online or in  store.
Gift Card : Refund will be processed back onto your gift card online or in store. In some cases you may receive a new gift card number.
Laybuy: Refund will be made back onto your Laybuy account. Once the refund has been processed by Backdoor, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with Laybuy. This usually takes a few days to clear, but may take longer over the weekend and public holidays.
