Sex and the City tickets on sale from Thursday

Ahead of its theatrical release in New Zealand on June 5th, Roadshow Film Distributors announced today that tickets for SEX AND THE CITY will go on sale at major cinemas around the country from May 22nd.

Predicted to be the smash hit of the blockbuster season, SEX AND THE CITY will make its US debut on May 30th, but New Zealand audiences will only have to wait a week before it hits screens here.

Lisa Hubbard, General Manager of Roadshow Film Distributors NZ, said ``This film has had unprecedented public interest from around New Zealand and the globe and we’d like to give people the chance plan their special night out for this movie experience.’’

SEX AND THE CITY joins Carrie, Samantha, Charlotte and Miranda four years after the end of the hit HBO series, and catches up with these four iconic friends, their sex lives and wardrobes, as they navigate themselves through life in New York City.
