ASB is launching a free information service called ASB Business Advice Centre. This service will help business customers connect with a range of service providers, making it easier for small businesses to get the job done.

“The main aim of this service is to help local businesses succeed and also, save time,” says James Mitchell, Head of Relationship Banking and Financial Services. We understand the demands of running a business and how crucial it can be to access experts and useful information. Our new service will help customers connect with local experts, helping short cut the search for business support, saving time and money.”

The Business Advice Centre offers a body of business knowledge across a range of subjects like cash flow management, sales and marketing, goods procurement and legal requirements and many others. Helpful downloads and reports are also available.

“We’ve spent a lot of time asking our customers about the issues that slow them down in their day to day business. This service has been developed in response to their answers and we are confident it will help make business life easier. If you can’t find the answer on our site www.asb.co.nz/businessadvice , customers can submit their question or call our business call centre on 0800 405 505 during business hours says Mr Mitchell.”
