It has come to the attention of angry Dominion Finance Investors, that the home of Hayden Butler, son and ex employee of Dominion Finance Ltd Directors Terence (Terry) and Anne Butler - is to be Auctioned on site by Kellands Real Estate this coming Sunday 8th Feb at 2.00pm. It is reported that the home is superbly decorated and provides luxury and full comfort.
The home situated at 17 Ventnor Road has a CV of $1,350.000.
The Title to this property clearly states that it is a 'Butler' property, in the names of:

Owner: Paul Winstone Forsyth, Abigail Louise Butler, Hayden Stuart Butler, Terence Maxwell Butler
Street Address: 17 Ventnor Road
Territorial Authority: Auckland City (7)
Certificate of Title: NA855/217

A second home situated at - 30 Allen Johnstone Place, St Johns Park Auckland, belonging to the daughter of Terence (Terry) and Ann Butler is being marketed by Harcourts of Remuera, and is to be Auctioned on site on March 1st 2009. The advertising says - Owners moving overseas!!!!

Again the Title clearly states that this is a 'Butler' property, in thre names of:

Owner: Terence Maxwell Butler, Paul Winstone Forsyth
Street Address: 30 Allen Johnstone Place
Territorial Authority: Auckland City (7)
Certificate of Title: NZ103B/42

The Parents of Hayden Butler - Terence (Terry) and Ann Butler were the founders of Dominion Financé Ltd, and Dominion Finance Group Limited, of which one was put into Receivership last year and the other was put into liquidation recently.

Terry and Ann Butler live near by in a very elaborate home which is well secluded from the public and is protected with security gates.
Victims of the troubled finance company are desperate for authorities to step in and freeze funds from asset sales including funds from house sales.

An Investor who contacted EUFA today stated

“All proceeds from sales of any of this family’s assets should be held in a Solicitors Trust account until a full investigation into the money trail is held. These people should be treated like the rest of us by the appropriate authorities and insolvency laws strongly enforced.”.
