Treble the Fun at Edgewater Resort this Winter

Edgewater Resort has just released a new ski package for the coming winter ski season in Wanaka.

 

The five night suite accommodation package is teamed up with Treble Cone's three day anytime lift passes to make an all inclusive offer.

 

"We want to make skiing in Wanaka as easy as possible for our guests by offering them an inclusive, easy to book package", says General Manager Mr Leigh Stock.

 

Resort guests can reach Treble Cone's access road in a mere 20 minutes drive. It is South Island's largest ski area, offering unrivalled terrain for all snow enthusiasts and majestic views across Lake Wanaka and Mt Aspiring.

 

"During the ski season the ski report is available as an audio service via guests' telephones. We also have huge walk-in drying rooms so guests can store their gear and have it dry overnight", adds Leigh.

 

The early season launch is a result of research into the market as it is known that skiers plan and booked their holidays early to ensure the best possible accommodation and destination.

 

According to Anna Thomas, Marketing Manager for Treble Cone, "It's wise for skiers and riders to book early for their ski holiday to ensure preferred dates and flights into the region". Treble Cone is planning to open on 27 June 2009.
