Fatal crash Titirangi Rd

At 3.19 am hours this morning a Police patrol observed a stolen vehicle travelling along Titirangi Road, Waitakere. This vehicle had 4 occupants.
The Police unit activated their red and blue lights and sirens.
At 3.20 am the vehicle lost control and crashed on Titirangi Road.
Emergency services and the Police Serious Crash Unit are in attendance.
One of the occupants is confirmed deceased at the scene. Two of the other occupants are being treated at hospital for serious injuries.
The driver of the stolen vehicle is also being treated at hospital for minor injuries.
This incident will be subject to a Police investigation and reported to the Independent Police Conduct Authority.
