The Law for Lunch series is coming back to the Central Library. It's our popular series of free lunchtime seminars on different legal topics, organised with the Wellington Community Law Centre.

On Wednesday 4 November, community lawyer and employment law specialist Colin Ross will discuss redundancy, compensation and unjustified dismissals.

A week later (11 November), Katrine Evans from the Privacy Commission will discuss privacy and your rights on social networking websites such as Twitter, Facebook and Bebo and also Google Earth.

Relationship property is discussed on 18 November with Matt Freeman from Thomas Dewar Sziranyi Letts. He'll talk about setting up and breaking up from domestic relationships and he's got practical advice for new and long-term couples.

And finally, Laurie Hilgsen from Carers New Zealand will advise adults who support their elderly parents on a full-time basis on compensation, tax implications and entitlements.

All seminars take place from 12.30 - 1.30pm on Wednesdays 4, 11, 18 and 25 November at the Central Library on Victoria Street. For more information, call (04) 499 4444 or visit the libraries website.
