Emirates Team New Zealand has won its second race of the Louis Vuitton Trophy regatta.

The French-German syndicate ALL4ONE was forced to retire after developing a problem with the mainsail soon after rounding the second mark. At the time ETNZ had a comfortable seven-boat lead.

The breeze off Nice was light and the start of the second race of the day was delayed.

Early forecasts for Monday indicate a breeze of 8 - 11 knots with a possibility of 13 or 14 knots developing.
