Flooding - Hot Water beach Road

Some areas of State Highway 25a by Hikuai and Duck Creek are presently unpassable due to flooding.

Tairua is accessible from the north but not from the south.

Onemana state 25 by Opoutere is blocked due to flooding.

Hot water Beach road 200metres from state highway 25 is blocked and unaccessilbe due to flooding. This has blocked off Hahei and Hot Water Beach area.

Roading crews are presently working to open these roads. There is no indication at this time as to time frames.
