Missing man

Mr Riki WHAREPOURI, a 54 year old male Maori has been reported missing from his home at about 3pm yesterday in Tangitu Rd in Te Puna in the western Bay of Plenty.

He suffers from parkinsons disease and as well as the time delay since he has gone missing, Police holds concerns for his safety and well being. He also requires nightly medication.

The Search and Rescue unit has been deployed and Police are still conducting enquiries as to his whereabouts.

He was last sighted at about 4pm walking along Tangitu Rd towards the direction of the Waipa junction wearing shorts and a light blue grannish T/Shirt.
