Recharge in Style @ Edgewater in Wanaka

Edgewater Resort’s newest accommodation package will allow guests to tackle the surrounding Wanaka great outdoors in style.

The Resort has teamed up with Racers Edge retail store in Wanaka to provide a $50 Icebreaker voucher for redemption at their store.

The Seasonal Rejuvenation package features two-night’s accommodation in a suite, with spectacular views of Lake Wanaka and the Southern Alps, free use of the on-site mountain bikes for half a day, breakfasts and access to the tennis court, spa and sauna located at Edgewater Resort.

“The Resort is located right on the edge of Lake Wanaka and there are some superb bike trails around the edge of the lake and beyond. This package will make it easy for guests to take advantage of these areas”, says General Manager, Mr Leigh Stock.

There are two upcoming events of appeal for keen mountain bike enthusiasts; the Albert Town Tavern Big Easy on 23 January 2010 which is a 40km ride from Snow Farm to Albert Town Tavern and even more challenging the Contact Epic on 24 April 2010, over a distance of 125 km*.

The Wanaka region is a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts with biking and trekking trails, Lake Wanaka and the surrounding mountains offering a myriad of activities.

The two-night Seasonal Rejuvenation package is available for $NZD 272.50 per person until 30 May 2010. ENDS
