Police seek witnesses to fatal Lower Hutt crash

Lower Hutt Police need help from witnesses who may have seen a fatal crash on Monday 12 July 2010.

Detective Sergeant Dean Simpson says the crash happened at about 2pm on State Highway 2, in the southbound lanes, near the Kennedy Good Bridge and Kelson Lights intersection. Five vehicles were involved in the crash.

"A 90 year-old man has died on Tuesday this week in hospital, as a result of the crash."

"Therefore it's important Police speak with anyone who may have witnessed this crash or may have any information they wish to pass on to Police."
